Returns

  • If for any reason you change your mind on your purchase, you have 14 day period to return these items to us.
    You will pay the postage fee to return unwanted goods back to us.
  • Customers must contact Albury House Interiors prior to returning goods. 
  • Damages or discrepancies must be reported in writing to

    info@alburyhouseinteriors.com within 14 working days of receipt

  • Credits or replacements can only be made once the goods have been returned for inspection
  • Albury House Interiors will process all claims within 10 working days of receiving the goods
  • It is the customers responsibility to check delivery for damages and contact us immediately if there is a discrepancy
  • Claims made after the 14th day of delivery date will unfortunately not be considered
